Their team developed a order management software for our restaurant chain. It can be used by all the restaurants – irrespective of their physical location. When a customer places an order, the one which is nearest to the customer receives and fulfills it. This software also had other features like live chat support and order tracking.

We worked with a technical head, project manager, and a team of software developers and QA engineers working on our project.

Weekly calls were organized via Google meet where we got to see the progress of the project. They shared design templates, brainstormed ideas, and much more. As tools, we used JIRA for project tracking and management.
