About the Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based IT recruitment company called MatchTalent Inc. The client approached us with a vision of creating a cloud based end to end Recruitment Management solution.

Challenges

The client was using multiple third party cloud based apps for managing recruitment lifecycle. However, individual solution could not be interfaced with one another making communication difficult and isolating individual recruitment lifecycle stage. The client was tight on timelines and budget and approached us for developing a cloud based recruitment management solution in a short span of time.

Solution

The developed solution is an online Recruitment Management solution spanning across the entire recruitment lifecycle. The solution can manage and save candidate and consultant records across both medium- offline and online using cloud. Built for the client’s internal audience, the solution comes with an integrated Resume Builder. This tool uses the uploaded resume to automatically extract information required across input fields, thus, saving time and efforts and eliminating manual entry errors by consultants and candidates. Consultants can also download the list of companies and  jobs posted based on different categories.

Technology

The solution was developed on PHP, MySQL, Laravel Framework, Angularjs, HTML5, Bootstrap, we developed a custom resume parsar in C#
