A leading Australian Adventure Tourism providing value to consumers,
tour operators, retailers, manufacturers of sport equipment, equipment,
guide & vehicle hire companies and outdoor corporate training
organizations wanted an all-encompassing online portal to integrate and
manage the customer and partner business at a single point on the web.
Aalpha Information Systems analyzed the problem of creating and managing a
comprehensive adventure business portal, as quite different from creating
a consumer experience website. We set out to develop the most robust,
easy-to-use adventure travel planning and business resource in response.
The system was devised as an integrated traveler and partner management
solution, with clearly delineated process management features and
communication channels. All business interactions were mapped in detail
