Challenge - Ecommerce Website for Custom Chocolate Manufacturer
An unusual custom and standard chocolate products manufacturer approached
for an online automated customer fulfillment website, for ensuring delight
in customer service across USA and Europe, albeit on a small customer
base. Customer wanted the design, content and experience to reflect the
interesting legacy of his family business, providing warmth and
friendliness to visitors and compelling them to buy.
